Applications
Aerospace imaging requires high resolution, low mass and reliable operation in demanding environments. Optical systems support planetary observation, remote sensing, launch monitoring and airborne imaging.
Applications include off-axis reflective optics for terrain imaging and spectral analysis, large-aperture long-focal-length lenses for Earth observation, and multispectral cameras for aerial observation and UAV inspection.
Industrial endoscopes also support non-destructive inspection of aircraft engines and other components. Optical design, alignment and mechanical integration are selected to suit the operating environment and imaging task.
